    Use of cinnamon and honey for weight loss

Cinnamon, Honey, Lemon

Procedure

Take one cup of water and add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder  and bring it to boil. Cool it to lukewarm temperature, add juice of half a lemon and one teaspoon of honey. Drink this mixture on an empty stomach every morning.

Duration

Take it for one month to see visible results. It may be repeated in night before going to bed for faster results.

Caution

General precautions apply.  Do not consume anything for 15 minutes after drinking the water. Avoid the remedy during pregnancy. In case the cinnamon causes rapid increase in body heat, discontinue it's use and drink warm water with lemon juice.
